Returns & Refunds


Because of the Covid-19 crisis global logistic chains have been greatly disrupted due to lack of planes. We are working hard with our postal/courier partners across the globe to deliver your orders and we have strong contingency plans in place to ensure mail is kept moving. 

However, even with our best efforts, there will be some delays on some of the shipments. If you have been given a tracking number for your order, that means it will be delivered even though it could be late.

Due to unprecedented circumstances, we are suspending our usual refund and reship policy below. We are unable to reship or refund your orders because of delays.

We will gladly allow returns if;

  • You receive a product which is not what you ordered.
  • You ordered the wrong product and would like an exchange only.

We will gladly refund if:

  • You receive a product which is not what you ordered.
  • You believe you didn't receive the quality of product you expected.

If you would like a refund, we promise to do the following:

  • Accept return of the product,
  • With a full refund
  • Pay up to 5% of the product price in return shipping costs, (upon safe arrival of returned item)
  • Do it with a smile
But only if;
  • There is a maximum 1 dosage used in the returned item(s)
  • Items are sent back within 30 days of original delivery date

We will not accept returns or refunds if:

If an item is returned and found not to be our fault, we will resend the correct item.

Process for approved returns & refunds

If you received the wrong item, please contact us with your order ID. We will exchange the item free of charge. Return shipping fees will be paid by you, then refunded up to the value of 5% of the items purchase price once received.
